All cleaning and maintenance services provided by WI HomeProServices are performed according to agreed terms at the time of booking. Service start and end times may vary depending on property size, condition, and customer requests.

Clients must ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply.


2. Payment Conditions

Payment for services must be made at the time of booking or upon completion, depending on the service agreement. We accept major payment methods including cash, card, or online transfer. Unpaid balances may result in delayed or canceled future appointments.


3. Safety and Property Conditions

Our staff is trained to handle cleaning products safely and professionally. We ask clients to remove fragile or valuable items prior to service. WI HomeProServices is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, poor installation, or defective materials.


4. Cancellation Conditions

To avoid a service charge, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to up to 50% of the service price.


5. Service Guarantee Conditions

If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll return to re-clean or correct any issues at no additional cost. Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to the specific areas originally serviced.


6. Weather and Emergency Conditions

In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, WI HomeProServices reserves the right to reschedule appointments. Clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available date.


7. Compliance Conditions

All customers agree to comply with these service and payment conditions. WI HomeProServices reserves the right to refuse service if any of these conditions are not met.
